This session will create an opportunity for participants to better understand and develop additional skills around giving and receiving effective feedback to create dynamic organizational teams that produce the results we need to not just succeed but to thrive.

In this session we will:

  • Explore the significant impact effective feedback plays on organizational results and how it can best be used within an organization.
  • Consider how our behavior, views and responses to feedback can impact others within the organization.
  • Better understand their reactions to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Work with specific strategies to best manage the role of technology for effective and efficient commination and feedback.
  • Investigate specific tools and techniques for giving and receiving feedback that drives individual and organizational results.
